The opening ceremony of project MOVES, European Joint Doctorate supported the scheme Horizon 2020, Marie Curie Skłodowska Actions, will take place at the Faculty of Arts, Charles University, on Monday 2 September at 17:00 in Room 104. Opening addresses will be delivered by doc. Michal Pullmann, Dean of the Faculty of Arts, Professor Markéta Křížová, Vice-Dean for International Relations at the Faculty of Arts, Professor Martin Procházka, project coordinator, and representatives of Freie Universität Berlin, Université Paul-Valéry Montpellier 3, University of Kent, and Universidade do Porto.

During September, the MOVES Induction Month will be hosted by the Faculty of Arts, bringing together for the first time the international team of fifteen early-stage researchers, the project consortium, and various renowned guest speakers, including Professor Matt Guterl (Brown University), Dr William O’Reilly (University of Cambridge), and Professor Peter Burschel (University of Göttingen).
